Individual Lessons
Aerial Yoga
Aerial Yoga classes combine traditional Hatha Yoga with poses suspended in a fabric.
With the help of gravity and tissue, we can explore our body, perform fluid movements and create space at the intervertebral level, without compressing the joints and spine.
These classes allow the student to encounter his fears on a friendly ground and thus create the opportunity to overcome these fears, thus developing greater confidence in himself.
We schedule 1 or 2 classes per month and anyone can sign up. See these classes in EVENTS.
Ashtanga Yoga Vinyasa
Ashtanga Yoga Vinyasa method class. These classes are distinguished from other yoga classes by the regular sequence of asanas. The main focus of the practice is the breath. From then on, the student performs a sequence of postures with fluidity, alignment and awareness.

Do today the best you can; no wait for tomorrow."
