3 intense days with many moments of learning, challenges, connection and evolution. With all the therapeutic and transformative potential that the practice of yoga brings us, we also combine the energy of the sea, surfing, the freedom of dancing and the trails along the beach. 

Organized and guided by Marta Monteiro, in partnership with Lalitā House Yoga Camp.

Lalitā House Yoga Camp is a cozy and familiar Guest house. Located in a quiet residential area, in Ribamar - Ericeira. It is the ideal place for our retreat, to relax and enjoy nature.
