The Chi Kung and Tai Chi Chuan Class is based on a series of movements and postures that allow the body and mind to relax. Initially Chi kung will be approached and progressively Tai chi Chuan movements will be inserted.

The intention is to create a group to open a regular class in a course format.

If you can't make it on that day, express your interest in participating in the Chi Kung and Tai Chi Chuan Classes.

Classes will start in November, in course format. Two classes will be given per month,  saturdays at 11:00 am, lasting 1h30 each.

Techniques and resources will be provided, in order to provide the practitioner with the possibility of putting this ancient knowledge into their daily lives.

Chi Kung/ Qi Gong

Ancestral practice of Chinese origin that allows circulating, storing and balancing our vital energy (Chi) through the meridians of our body, in order to revitalize the internal organs, acquiring greater vitality and consequently longevity, preventing and fighting various diseases.
