The Chi Kung and Tai Chi Chuan Class is based on a series of movements and postures that allow the body and mind to relax. Initially Chi kung will be approached and progressively Tai chi Chuan movements will be inserted.

Classes are held in a curso.  format

Two classes will be given per month,  saturdays at 11:00 am, lasting 1h30 each.

-️ 2 Saturdays per month

January 7th and 21st

February 4th and 18th

March 4th and 18th 

(dates to be announced by June)

Chi Kung/ Qi Gong

"Meditation in motion and Cultivation of Chi (bioenergy)."

Ancestral practice of Chinese origin that allows circulating, storing and balancing our vital energy (Chi) through the meridians of our body, in order to revitalize the internal organs, acquiring greater vitality and consequently longevity, preventing and fighting various diseases.

It can be practiced by everyone regardless of their physical condition or state of health, as the movements are performed slowly, smoothly, harmoniously and without impact in combination with breathing in a meditative state.

Come and awaken your senses, freeing your mind and body.

Some of its benefits:

• Promotes relaxation (helps reduce stress, anxiety, depression);

• Decreased blood pressure;

• Decrease in chronic fatigue;

• Increases breathing capacity;

• Improves flexibility, muscle toning and bone strengthening;
