Next October 5th, we'll be back with our transformers Manhãs c(Om) Alma!!
In addition to the usual practice of gentle yoga, healthy brunch and the final sharing circle, we will also have as a special guest, for our Conversa Com Alma, our dear yoga teacher, Marta Monteiro, who will share her inspiring testimony, from an already long journey of life in the light of the vision of Yoga.
Together we will learn to cultivate our self-love. Do you know what it is?
And if we tell you,
That in order to have self-love... it is not necessary to look for something in the other to fill the void that we sometimes feel within ourselves.
That our heart already overflows gratitude, for the simple fact that we breathe and that's why we should celebrate Life every day!
That when we look in the mirror and choose to observe ourselves with the eyes of the Soul, it's so easy to like what we see.
That by accepting ourselves as we are and taking care of ourselves with all the affection and respect that our sacred temple deserves, we realize that “Everything in us deserves to be loved.”
That a search for self-knowledge done with humility and patience, always being aware of the shadow side and the Light side in us, ends up revealing that everything is part of the Whole, that everything is right and in its most perfect order.
